GentleDraw™ Spa is an IV and Phlebotomy Spa that was created from personal necessity, shaped by clinical expertise, and built to transform how patients experience one of the most dreaded parts of healthcare: the needle.

Our Daughter & Mother Origin Story

   Our Founder has lived with severe needle phobia since the age of five. For her, even routine bloodwork could trigger panic attacks, tears, and trauma. Emergency rooms, labs, and urgent care visits became places of fear—not healing. Her mother, our Co-Founder, a seasoned practicing Primary Care Physician (M.D.), refused to let her suffer without options. Together, over years of trial, therapy, and gentle practice, they created a system that made blood draws not only possible—but survivable. Sometimes even peaceful.

   That approach became the foundation of the GentleDraw™ Method—our proprietary, patent-pending, trauma-informed clinical protocol, developed through lived experience, medical training, and a deep understanding of what anxious patients need to feel safe. The method is designed to reduce fear, pain, and overstimulation, and is performed only by professionals specially trained in our approach. This GentleDraw™ Method—a clinical yet compassionate protocol that contemplates the patient experience from the perspective of the anxious patient with particular apprehension of venipuncture. Our proprietary method incorporates pre-treatment and in-session medications as prescribed or administered by licensed medical professionals, specialized in-treatment venipuncture methods, specialized environment anxiety reduction tools, and most importantly, time, patience, and kindness. Our Founder has been receiving care this way for over 30+ years and now, others can finally access this elevated level of anxiety-reduced care too.

   GentleDraw™ Spa was designed for people like her—and for children, pregnant women, anxious patients, and anyone who deserves a better alternative to the cold, rushed settings of traditional labs and IV clinics. With medical oversight, a tranquil environment, and a proprietary approach grounded in both science and empathy, GentleDraw is leading a new category in clinical care: the trauma-aware, spa-clinical experience.

We offer gentle blood draws, IV infusions, mobile services, and therapeutic blood donation facilitation—all performed by professionals trained in the GentleDraw™ Method.

Our mission is simple: to give patients who once had few, if any, options a place where they are seen, supported, and safe. A place and brand of care that provides emotionally intelligent, empathic care as its trademark and uniform standard of care.

GentleDraw™ Spa will be headquartered in Palm Beach County, Florida, with plans to scale nationwide.

Partnership Goals

​One of our most exciting initiatives and goals, is to partner with OneBlood to facilitate blood donations from patients who, like our Founder, have never been able overcome the obstacle of severe needle phobia sufficiently to be able to donate blood due to venipuncture avoidance. GentleDraw™ Spa welcomes partnerships with referring physicians, labs, health systems, and wellness-aligned investors who share our vision for a more human-centered model of care.
